Casa Alquitara is a family house, with garden, lawns, barbecue and outside terraces for sunbathing. Approx. 200m to the fabulous beach of El Palmar. Lots of original features like for example the beamed ceilings. Four bedrooms - two doubles (one with extra single bed), one twin, and a triple. sea view from the master bedroom on the first floor. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, one bathroom, a completely fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge with direct access to the covered terrace. Externally the property has a terraces, a covered porche and a lovely mature gardens with numerous palm trees and other sub-tropical plants. The garden is an ideal playground for the kids.
