General description: The Casas Sol y Aire are located just a stone´s throw to the beach of El Palmar. They have three and four bedrooms. Each house has its private garden and access to the communal area with pool, table tennis and paddle tennis. Perfect location for families or friends travelling together. The privacy is guaranteed but you can come together easily. Each house has his own garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue area and a private parking place for the car.

Casa Los Abuelos (ELP 019): The Casa Los Abuelos (ca. 100 m²) consists of 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Lounge and kitchen are on the ground floor, the three bedrooms on the first floor. From the outside there is access to another bathroom. The furniture is simple but everything you need for a holiday is in the house. In front of the house is a beautiful very spacious covered terrace and a big built-in BBQ.

Casa Sol y Aire (ELP 020): The Casa Sol y Aire (approx. 80 m² + separate house) is ideal for families travelling with older children. two of the 4 bedrooms are located in a small independant accommodation with bathroom. The two bedrooms in the main house are equipped with one double bed and two single beds in the second bedroom. The living room is open to the kitchen and very generous. The house is clean and tidy, although the furniture is a bit old fashioned. In front of the house is a beautiful covered terrace and the BBQ area.

Casa Entrepinos (ELP 021): The Casa Entrepinos (approx. 140 m²) as well consists of 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8. The american kitchen is open to the lounge and dining area. Two bathrooms are available. Like the two other properties, is a big covered terrace in front of the house.

Situated in a pretty area of open fields this charming country home all of the advantages of a rural location whilst you are only a few minutes from the long and sandy beaches of El Palmar on the Costa de la Luz. On this attractive coast line you find a small supermarket, kiosc and restaurants. Conil is just a 5 minute drive from the house. Here you find all amenities and a good range of restaurants, bars and shops.
