Description:

Casa Helen is a new build terraced house in the well kept urbanisation "Camino de Tejar" in the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera. Casa Helen offers space for up to 8 persons. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen, a bathroom and the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and micro wave.

On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with bathroom en suite and another bathroom for the 3 other bedrooms. The master bedroom has two balconies towards the patio. On the top of the house is good sized roof terrace for sunbathing. The communal pool is open between 15.6. -15.9.

The house is located at the outkirts of Conil, but in walking distance to the beach, shops and town centre.
