A dream is coming true. The andalucian styled property "La Oliva" is an unique property to spend the best time of the year. The 220 m² are distributed over just one floor and are offering you a genious and spacious feeling. The almost 50 m² large living room with Satellite TV and Internet-connection is connected to the modern and very well equipped kitchen.

The open fire place and the central heating provide you with warmth during the chilly nights of the winter. From the living room you have direct access onto the huge 100 m² partly covered terrace. From here you enjoy the fantastic views towards "La Janda" and the golfers and equestrian paradise Montenmedio. The kitchen offers you all the comfort you are expecting.

The house has three large bedrooms configured as two doubles and one twin (cot provided). One room has an ensuite bathroom and there are 2 further bathrooms. The twin room has views over the garden and has a broadband internet connection. A path leads you from the terrace to the pool area. Here or in one of the several hidden places of the mature garden you can relax and enjoy the sun of southern Spain.

It is located on a south west facing slope below the town of Vejer de la Frontera with views across the valley of the Rio Barbate towards the estate of Montenmedio with mountains in the distance. Behind the house, up the hill towards Vejer, is entirely forested and a Natural Park. The charming historical centre of Vejer is just in a stone´s throw. The golf and equestrian resort of Montenmedio is approx. 10 min. by car. The beaches in 10-15 min. by car.
