Description:

The Villa Italia is an elegant Poolvilla with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms only 150m to the beaches of Roche. The Villa has been renovated in 2010 completely. The bedrooms and terrace has been extended and the bathrooms are completely new designed. Villa Italia offers with its 4 bedrooms space for up to nine. On the ground floor you find two bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with three single beds) the spacious and very light lounge and dining area and the modern and fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you got access to the large furnished terrace and the pool area (with sun lounges).

Two more bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other with doublebed) and with bathroom ensuite are on the first floor. They got access to the balcony with sea views. Villa Italia is equipped with central heating.

Located in the sought after residential area of Roche, close to the white washed fishing village of Conil de la Frontera and just a stone´s throw to the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.
