Villa Andaluza is a magníficent, spacious property, situated in the elegant residencial area of Roche, surrounded by a large, well tended garden with mature palm trees and old pines.

The main terrace and the pool are in the back part of the estate, two wind and sun sheltered porchs at the front side. If you want to enjoy the pure Andalusian sun, there are 2 terrazes on the 1st floor at your disposal.

The villa is well equipped and nicely furnished. A spacious hall forms the entrance with a staircase going up to the 1st floor. From here, the living-dining area is on the left, with a large dining room, living room and separate, large kitchen with a breakfast corner. On the other side there are three bedrooms, one with double bed, the other two with twin beds, as well as a bathroom. On the 1st floor there are two more bedrooms, both with double bed and a second bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to terraces overlooking the residencial area. All bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes.

There is also a garage, but it is difficult to park a car in it, as the access to it is complicated.

The pool measures 9 x 4,5 m and is operated the whole year. Between May and October the water temperatures of the pool are over 20°C.

The villa is located in a quiet side street of the elegant Residence Roche with a lot of beautiful gardens and villas.

It is just a short walk to the endless beaches of Roche and the popular restaurant called "El Timon".

In the communal zone of the residence are tenniscourts, basketball and football pitch.
