The house with 10 apartments has been finished in July 2007. The building is a modern version of a typical Andalucian patio house, providing a degree of privacy and tranquillity with most bedrooms overlooking the internal patio.

The apartments offer the modern standards sought, yet within the convenience of the old town location. The large shared roof terrace offers beautiful views over the coastline from Conil. It is equipped with chairs, tables and lounges. The apartments "Fuente del Gallo" and "Cala Aspero" have got a private roof terrace. Besides the four studios there are five one bedroom-apartments and one apartment with two bedrooms.

All the apartments comprise of an open plan living/dining area, fitted kitchen with hob and refrigerator, some of the apartments also have a microwave/grill and washing machine. All have high quality bathrooms with walk-in showers. The light and airy bedrooms come complete with all bed-linen and towels and an iron and hairdryer are provided for your convenience. On the ground floor are the one bedroom apartments "Bateles" and "Fontanilla" and the studio "Fontanilla". Through a patio you reach the 3 small studios (Roqueo A-C) with approx. 15 m² and the one bedroom apartments "Fuente del Gallo" and "El Palmar".
