The modern equipped "Apartment Teresa" is located in a quiet area of Conil just approx. 600 m to the beach. it is distributed over three floors and its equipment is very modern and new. Entering the aparmtent in the middle (on the second floor) you come to the kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, mico wave and oven) and lounge. The liivng room and dining area is fitted with air condition and an integrated heatiing system. On the top floor are the 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a shower bathroom, as well equipped with heating and air condition. On the "souterrain" is a second lounge and a tumble dryer. A private roof terrace belongs as well to the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Conil, approx. 5 min. walking distance to the centre. Several Bars and Restaurants are in proximity. To the beach it is a 10 min. walk.
