Description:

Casa Rubia is a new build terraced house in the well kept urbanisation "Camino de Tejar" in the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera. Casa Rubia offers space for up to 4 persons. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen a bathroom and the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, oven, hob and micro wave.

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. The communal pool is open between 15.6. -15.9.

The house is located at the outkirts of Conil, but in walking distance to the beach, shops and town centre.
