The apartment is just under 60 m sq, constructed. Completed in early 2006. The lounge dining area and kitchen are partially open plan with a part dividing wall between the kitchen and the living room area. There are two sofas and a coffee table in the kitchen area.

The TV picks up both the main ASTRA satellites, giving most of the German stations plus programs from across Europe and North Africa. In addition there is a larger dish collecting Free To Air UK stations, this includes BBC and ITV plus many of the newer digital programs. The well equipped kitchen is well suited to longer winter stays. The two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) are are equipped with a/c. The bathroom has got plenty of space to keep your wash things.

The spectacular roof terrace is reached by climbing up one more flight of stairs to the access door on the roof. It covers almost 30sq meters and gives excellent views over the town and down to the beach stretching along to El Palmar.
