The apartment is approx. 60 sqm and was completed in 2006. The lounge dining area and kitchen are partially open plan with a part dividing wall between the kitchen and the living room area. There are two sofas and a coffee table in the kitchen area.

The TV picks most of the German stations plus programs from across Europe and in addition there is a larger dish collecting Free To Air UK stations, this includes BBC 1 and the newer digital programs. The well equipped kitchen is well suited to longer winter stays. The two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) are equipped with a/c. The bathroom has got plenty of space.

Additionally the apartment has a pleasant patio situated off the main bedroom; this has some potted plants, a table and a couple of chairs. The spectacular roof terrace is about 10sq meters and gives good views over the old town and down to the beach leading to El Palmar. There is a wooden table on the terrace. This as a great spot to enjoy the night air drink a glass of wine.
