The generously designed villa offers excellent comfort. The spacious estate is partially kept natural as part of the pine wood, while the area around the house is formed by a well tended garden with lawn, palm trees and many flower borders. The pool is set in the sunniest part of the garden, thus reaching pleasant swimming temperatures early in spring. On the opposite side of the house you find a stone built barbecue area with a terrace shaded by a reet-covered pergola and a little sauna, quite appreciated by the winter guests. There are terraces on three sides of the house, making possible to stay outside at any hour of the day, sheltered from sun and the wind, wherever it comes from. The large terrace on the 1st floor gives a wide view over the landscape to the sea.

On the ground floor is a large living room with fire place, connecting to the new well equipped kitchen and a dining room, which leads to the breakfast terrace with morning sun. From here you acceed to the outside bathroom with shower and the sauna cabine. On the south side of the house is a conservatory with large windows, furnished as dining room. Furthermore there is a bedroom / office with 2 single beds, 2 more bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with two single beds) and a bathroom.

An interior staircase and a curved outside staircase lead to the 1st floor, provided with living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 large bedrooms, forming thus a independent apartment. Therefore "La Bougainvillea" is an ideal property for 2 families travelling together. One of the bedrooms has one single and one french size bed, the other has a double bed and connects to a former dressing room, equipped with a bed, forming a small bedroom for a child. A modern central heating provides pleasant temperatures during the cooler months. You receive Spanish and German TV, and also some English language news channels. There is a video recorder and stereo with CD.

La Bougainvillea is a beautiful estate in mediterranean style, set in a rural environment at the edge of a extensive pine forest, in the proximities of the charming fishing town Conil with its endless, broad sand beaches. To the beaches, Bars, Restaurants and super-markets it is a 5 min. drive. We recommend our clients to rent a car.
