Casa "Dalia" is a well equipped 3 bedroom terraced villa with space for up to 6 people. It is situated just a stones throw from the inviting sandy beach of the "Cala Puntalejos". On the ground floor is the kitchen, the bright and spacious living room with dining area, a bathroom and a beautiful patio. On the first floor are the bedrooms (one with bathroom en suite) and another bathroom.

The large approx. 20m x 10 m communal pool is completely fenced.

Casa "Dalia" is situated first line in the new residential area "Fuente del Sol" in Conil Puntalejos. To the Atlantic Ocean and the sandy it is just a stones throw. The charming white village is within 20 min. walking distance or 3 min. by car.
