The Casa "Ureba" is a detached house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and very spacious living room and dining area open plan to the well equipped kitchen. The house sits on a plot of approx. 2.000 m² within a finca of more than 12.000 m². Casa Ureba is situated in the sought after area of Conil - "Fuente del Gallo". From here it is just a drive of 5 min. to the town centre and a walk of approx. 5-10 min. to sany beaches of Fuente del Gallo or Puntalejos. The house offers space for 6 persons. The large garden is equipped with some sun lounges. The pool (approx. 10m x 4m) is located right behind the terrace. The neighbour house is the Casa "Anita". Booking both houses offers you the opportunity to spent the holidays with a bigger group, although the privacy of each house is untouched.

Casa "Ureba" is located in the popular residential area of Fuente del Gallo close to the beach of Fuente del Gallo. To the sandy beach it is 5 min. walk to the charming village of Conil it is a 5 min. drive.
