Description:

The Villa la Parra ("the grapevine") is with its unique location directly on the beach (you just have to cross a small road) and its luxury interior a jewel on the endless beach of El Palmar. The two bedrooms and the small study are lovely decorated reminding on three wines "Blanco" (white), "Tinto" (red) and "Verdejo" (white/green) of the region. Many moorish elements give this "villa", how Spanish people call cosy small houses, a special flair. The house has been renovated the last months and is now probably the best equipped accommodation on the "El Palmar" beach

"La Parra" consists of 2 bedrooms (each with individual bed linen), one study/office room with internet connection, fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. The roof terrace offers stunning views over the coastline from Conil towards Trafalgar and Africa.

Location:

El Palmar is a beautiful spot to spend the summer holidays. Especially if you plan to spend lots of time on the beach.

El Palmar is mainly untouched nature and got a fabulous beach. To Conil it is a 10 min. drive or a 30 min. walk on the beach. There are bars, restaurants and a few shops on the promenade.
