Description:

The "Casa Maricampo" is located approx. 200 m from the almost virgin beach of El Palmar. The house comprises in total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor is the rustic kitchen, one bedroom (with two single beds), one bathroom and the spacious lounge with log burner. The staircase in the living room leads to the first floor with two more bedrooms (each with double beds) and another bathroom. The house consists as well of a central heating for the winter.

Situated in a pretty area of open fields this charming country home all of the advantages of a rural location whilst you are only a few minutes from the long and sandy beaches of El Palmar on the Costa de la Luz. On this attractive coast line you find a small supermarket, kiosc and restaurants. Conil is just a 5 minute drive from the house. Here you find all amenities and a good range of restaurants, bars and shops.
